She specializes in helping adults in their 20s to 40s navigate life’s meaningful transitions—graduating from college, stepping into marriage, becoming a parent, or rediscovering who they are after a season of change. Chelsea supports clients through grief, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and emotional resilience. With a calm, grounded presence and a heart for connection, she walks alongside you as you deepen your relationship with yourself and others—creating space for healing, growth, and lasting transformation.

Allison is a Licensed Master Social Worker who is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for teens, young adults, and families. With a gentle, empathetic approach, she walks alongside clients as they navigate anxiety, identity, life transitions, and relational challenges.
Rooted in trauma-informed care and attachment theory, Allison integrates evidence-based modalities such as CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients build insight, develop emotional regulation skills, and reconnect with their sense of self.
